1. Workout out at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes.
2. Eat protein with all of my meals.
3. Drink at least 3 cups of tea a day.
4. At least 64 oz of water a day.
5. Say no thank you to unplanned treats!
6. Cut out the ice cream/treat bar at school. Yuck!
7. Be a better me by the end of the month.
