Kate at a Healthy Rate
Welcome. Here, you'll find the ups and downs of a girl named Kate, trying to become as healthy as possible. There's a 99% chance that I'll post about some kind of charity or volunteer project or about one of these other awesome fitblrs' projects at least once a week. There's also a 99% chance that I'll post about my shopping addictions at least once a week. I love nothing more than supporting good people, so I'll probably like/comment on an abundance of posts. Oh, and I think I'm pretty funny, but I'm usually not... :]

A wonderful friend of mine sent this charm to me yesterday, and being the thrifty as sh!z person that I am, I made it into a necklace to wear all the time.
Sometimes, I let things overwhelm me and I take on so much at once, I don’t know how to handle it all and I have a little panic attack. Last night was one of those times, so the charm came at the most perfect time.
This weekend, I’ll be reunited with my best friends, my brother, and not have a care in the world (except the club that I’m president of is playing trivia against the knights of columbus here on campus and there is $50 riding on it… but that’s all good fun!)
