Kate at a Healthy Rate
Welcome. Here, you'll find the ups and downs of a girl named Kate, trying to become as healthy as possible. There's a 99% chance that I'll post about some kind of charity or volunteer project or about one of these other awesome fitblrs' projects at least once a week. There's also a 99% chance that I'll post about my shopping addictions at least once a week. I love nothing more than supporting good people, so I'll probably like/comment on an abundance of posts. Oh, and I think I'm pretty funny, but I'm usually not... :]

I’m so overwhelmed this week and it’s only monday.
Also, I was told that I have really awkward hugs, and I don’t know how to fix that. Seriously, I’ve hugged my mom like 10 times in my entire life, I’m just not a hugger. SOMEONE HELP ME.

Just relax, and fling those arms around them and pull tight. I bet It’s awkward because youre trying to not be close enough. Pull em in tight. You’re hugging here for god sakes. Practice on a 4 year old. Mine gives the best hugs!

That was mean to say to you! The only way to ‘lose’ the awkward is to hug more. But if your not a hugger i wouldn’t worry about it.
